At this point, we have entered a larger open map where we can explore on the cloud of somersaults. Our goal for this trip is to defeat key bosses and find the treasures of the Great Sage. The recommended order for killing the key bosses mentioned above starts from the right side of the picture. On my end, we will start from the lightning bolt and fly all the way to the thunderous place on the “Muscle Cloud”. You can first kill the boss here – Bu Yunlu.
After defeating Bu Yunlu, we will obtain the “Lotus Silk Bu Yunlu” of the Great Sage. At this point, we can understand that the main theme of this chapter is to obtain the weapons and equipment of the Great Sage. Next, we will move on to the next boss.
We turned back from Buyunlu and continued to search for the location with lightning, specifically in the opposite direction of Buyunlu, roughly at the “key boss” position as shown in the picture. After we found the location of the second lightning, we triggered the next boss – Golden Rhinoceros.
If the player cannot find it, the position of the Golden Rhinoceros will fly to the right on the map after obtaining the Tudou Cloud and opening the Flower Fruit Mountain, at a location called “Wangxi Slope”. Players can find it by exploring to the right, it’s not difficult to find.
Attention: Below the golden rhinoceros, there is also a hidden boss monster called “Langbobo”.
After defeating the Golden Armored Rhinoceros, he obtained the Great Saint’s battle armor – the “Lock Gold Armor”.
The third key boss we are looking for next is called ‘General Phoenix Wings’, who is depicted as a huge grasshopper, as shown in the image below.
General Phoenix Wings will jump and move back and forth on the map, but it is not difficult to find. You can search according to the following pictures. The marked positions 1, 2, and 3 along the way are the approximate locations that General Phoenix Wings will pass through.
After finding General Phoenix Wings, this BOSS is a mechanism type BOSS, and we need to stand on its head to trigger the QTE long press interactive button. After consuming our physical strength, General Phoenix Wings will stop moving. In the second stage, it is important to use the fire shield in the magic weapon, otherwise it will continue to drain blood. After two QTEs, you can obtain the Great Sage’s Phoenix Winged Purple Gold Crown.
At this point, we have obtained three treasures from the Great Saints. Now we are going to search for the fourth one and ride on the Muscle Dance Cloud back to the location where General Phoenix Wings jumped for the second time. The fourth boss, the Blue Mantis, is in a mist.
After entering the fog, we triggered the plot and entered the belly of Bajie to fight against the Blue Mantis. This battle is very difficult and has a low tolerance rate. After defeating it, we obtained the Great Sage – Dian Cui Fei Long Zhan.
After gathering the armor of the Great Sage, Bajie told us to go to the Water Curtain Cave for a while. When we arrived at the Water Curtain Cave, the Ruyi Golden Hoop stood here.
As the plot progresses, we have obtained the final divine weapon – the Golden Hoop Stick, and we can now go up the mountain to find the old monkey.
